Our AGENCY

Waypoint. We are the agency you’ve known as Child and Family Services of NH, the longest-standing human service/children's charitable organization in New Hampshire.

In 2018, we rebranded to better reflect who we are today, an independent agency that provides a lifeline across the lifespan.  So why the name Waypoint? A waypoint is a point in time along a journey at which the course is changed. That’s what we do. We come into your life at your most challenging times, when you really need some help, and we help to change the course--make life better. And, we are there for you from before you’re born through your golden years.

Waypoint's array of services includes the following:  Child abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment; mental health counseling; adoption; home-based family strengthening and support; home care for seniors; services for children with developmental delays or chronic health conditions; a service continuum for runaway and homeless youth; family preservation/stabilization; human trafficking response; foster care; and summer camp. Waypoint also includes an advocacy program, the NH Children's Lobby, which works at the legislative level to shape laws and policies toward the best interests of children.
